“Last year pa ta nagsugod sa atong online submission of requirements for transactions but nag-full implementation ta last Feb. 1, 2024,” Sanrojo said during OCCA’s teleradyo program over Sugboanon Channel yesterday.

Sanrojo said OCCA’s clients can now avail of its services such as the issuance of a certified true copy (CTC) of property tax declarations and assessment through the city’s online portal.

She said that since OCCA started the service, it has not accepted walk-in clients.

Sanrojo said clients can register themselves and avail of the city’s online portal services even through mobile phone.

She also reminded OCCA’s clients that they can also register by scanning a QR code posted on their official Facebook page.

How to register?

Sanrojo said clients will need to register before the city’s online portal before they can avail of their services.

She said that clients will only submit their email address and phone number to register.

Once registered, clients must check their email or phone if they have received an activation code.

The activation code will be used to finalize the client’s online registration, Sanrojo added.

How to get CTCs online?

For online applications for CTCs of tax declaration, clients must click the “Online Transactions” button.

Once the client is forwarded to OCCA’s online portal, he or she must input his name, tax declaration number, purpose of request, and address.

The client must also submit a soft copy of a letter request stating your purpose to secure a CTC, and a valid ID if he or she owns the property.

Sanrojo said once the transaction is completed, the client will receive an email or text message from OCCA that it has received his or her request.

“If ma-approve ang imung request, you will receive a text or email confirmation. Pahibaw-on sad ka didto if naa ba kay kuwang nga application that you need to submit,” she added.

Sanrojo also reminded clients to only visit City Hall if they have received a text or email confirming that their CTC is ready for release.

She also reminded clients to bring a hard copy of the documents they submitted online.

The cost of securing the CTC is P40.00 per page, Sanrojo added.

Dr. Maria Theresa Rosell, OCCA head, said the two-day training was aimed to educate her personnel and to further improve their services.

Rosell said the training was very relevant especially that OCCA’s services are now online.

Mas mapadali ang pagpadangat sa serbisyo ilabi na kadtong mga owners sa mga properties, land, building, and machinery nga naga-apply sa atoa og mga tax declaration,” Rosell said.
