Pinakaimportante gyud nga naa ang tanang mga barangay captains. Kung pwede makakuha tag 100 percent sa 80 barangays,” dela Cerna said.

“It is also very important nga ang kapitan jud ang moadto or ang mga representative nga ilang ipadala should also be knowledgeable sad sa unsay naa sa ilang barangay,” she added.

On the other hand, Cuizon explained that the barangay development plan (BDP) will dictate the village’s programs and projects within their term.

On the side of economic development, Caryl Angel Mae Caburnay, CCPDO economist, urged barangay captains to have concrete data upon joining the planning.

“If moabot na ang time that we conduct the Barangay Development Plan, unta kompleto na ang ilahang data. Kay we cannot plan for the future nga wala tay data, because these data are essential in development planning,” Caburnay added. | PPRMN / kac
