CEBU CITY (January 4, 2022) — The Cebu City Government’s financial assistance to Sinulog sa Kabataan contingents will be released tomorrow, January 5.
This, as Mayor Mike Rama assured that that the City is working hard to ensure the success of the One Cebu Sinulog 2023.

“We are doing everything we can,” he said during a meeting with Sinulog sa Kabataan choreographers at his office’s conference room today.
The mayor, who arrived at the later part of the meeting, reminded the choreographers that the purpose of staging the Sinulog is to thank the Holy Child Jesus.
He also thanked them for showing their support by participating in this year’s Sinulog dance competition.
“Wala may Sinulog kung wala mo ba, maong salamat kaayo sa inyong abag,” he said.
As to the financial assistance, City Administrator Suzanne Ardosa said it would be ready tomorrow afternoon.
